Utility and Services

- Bedrooms, Washrooms, Kitchen are cleaned weekly by professionals is paid service(extra fee).
- Linens, Towels are replaced using by weekly laundry and is paid service(extra fee).

Host
Friendly, Customer Service focused Host who enjoys travelling, cooking and listening music. Host doesn’t live at property and will coordinate with Guest before Check-in.
Important Note :-
- Please provide your ID Proofs (Passport/Employer ID Card/Driving License) and address proof (Passport) of each Guest to House Moderator during Check-In.
- Check-In Time is after 1:00 PM and Check-Out Time is before 9:00 AM. This helps housekeeping to clean the house before next Guest arrives.
- Home Parties of any kind is restricted. Please discuss with House Moderator if you have any specific requirements.
- Enjoy Music with acceptable noise level so that flat mates, House Moderator and neighbors does not raise objection.
- This property is not Pet friendly and Pets access is restricted inside property
- Additional guests, unless specified above, is NOT allowed inside property at any time during stay.
- Property is fully equipped with fire detectors, smoke detectors. Please be advised to be careful while cooking to avoid alarms.
- Safe usage of any electrical (like Induction Stove, Iron, Hair Dryer), electronics (like Washing Machine, TV) or non-electrical appliance like (Gas Heaters) is Guest responsibility.
- Weekly cleaning Service is not included in itinerary and made available on demand with extra charges.
- Protecting personal belongings is Guest/Tenant’s responsibility. Property Owners or Moderators bears no responsibility for any loss of life or financial loss.
- Any damages inside property is paid by Guest.
- Please keep waste items with segregated Dry and Wet Dustbins. Garbage bin rooms are at basement (-1 Floor).
- Please ensure apartment keys are safely secured. This property doesn’t have any front desk/reception and additional key will be made available at Guest cost and is subject to House Moderator time availability.
- Violation of any house rules will attract relevant fine per occurrence and immediate termination of stay or action at discretion of House Moderator. Its good to discuss with House Moderator if you need any additional support.
Cancellation and Refund Policy :-
- Fully Refundable 2 days before Check-in Date
- 50% Refundable from 2 days to Check-in Date
- In case of extension during ongoing stay, 14 nights notice before check-out date is required to ensure continuity over ongoing stay.
- In case of shortening ongoing stay, 14 nights notice before check-out date is required to ensure you get full refund of nights not stayed inside property.
- No Show on or after Check-in date is fully charged and non-refundable
